Hours: Shift work, 8-hour shifts 6am-2pm; 2pm-10pm; 10pm-6am - schedule rotates monthly with different days off Roles and Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities:
-Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
-Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
-File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
-Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
-Prepare agenda and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.
-Making copies, compiling them into binders, and distributing to team members
-Enter data into database Qualifications and Education Requirements Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required.
3+ years experience required. Applicant must be comfortable working in an industrial/plant environment Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook SAP experience is required Strong written and oral communication skills and adapt to changing needs when priorities shift Ability to use discretion and judgment in handling of confidential and sensitive business information Ability to work effectively, independently and cooperatively with a diverse team Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively and perform multiple tasks with limited supervision Must have a valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property. Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $24.00-25.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
