As a change management consultant, you'll lead projects and assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop change strategies, workshops, and change management plans. You Have: 8+ years of experience in change management Experience managing digital transformation projects from beginning to end Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects simultaneously Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Change Management Certification Nice If You Have: Experience in human-centered design Experience as project manager, control account manager, or an Integrated Product Team ( IPT ) lead Experience with Agile methodology Experience in learning and development with a mastery of Mural Knowledge of Jira functionality Possession of excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Prosci Change Management Certification Human-Centered Design Certification Clearance : Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
