The Channel Development Specialist will proactively identify parts sales opportunities within their base and work with the Channel Sales Manager in helping to secure these opportunities. How you will do it Proactively maintain positive, personal relationships with customers and internal staff. Regularly contact customers to support customer parts goal achievement, identify and develop sales opportunities, and resolve service issues. Create and distribute frequent customer-facing communications and occasional presentation materials. Follow up with customers on sales and marketing initiatives. Train customers on system tools (esp. Parts Navigator and Order Navigator applications). Fulfill occasional field requirements for customer-specific ad-hoc sales and performance reporting, recommended to stock lists, marketing collateral materials, etc. Periodically review open order reports and otherwise proactively identify and resolve issues before they are raised by customers. Occasional travel (
