As a Channel Enablement Specialist, you play a pivotal role in growing our Channel business by providing Partners with the tools to sell KnowBe4 products to their customers and increase net new revenue. Working closely with Partner Account Managers, you will coordinate and execute onboarding and ongoing enablement sessions with partner sales, marketing and technical teams. Your primary responsibility is to deliver empowering enablement sessions leaving our partners with knowledge, skills, and resources to market, sell and support our products.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to determine enablement needs for Partners
Walk prospective partners through the market opportunity, the KnowBe4 product suite, platform and partner portal
Effectively deliver enablement sessions to enhance partners understanding of market trends, best practices, KnowBe4 products and the Partner Portal
Orchestrate engaging workshops, webinars and enablement sessions, leading partners to complete certifications and submit deal registrations
Help partners articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4's products and how it will improve customers security posture
Cultivate relationships with Partner Account Managers and Partners to understand their unique needs and challenges, and support addressing those needs
Engage partners in discussions on how to overcome customer pain points and objections
Provide feedback to Partner Account Managers on the effectiveness and participation throughout enablement sessions
Serve as a subject matter expert for KnowBe4's products to the partner sales team
Promote and be well versed in KnowBe4's product offerings
Build company credibility, brand value, and trust with our partners
Maintain accurate and thorough records in Salesforce.com for opportunities, calls, emails, notes, tasks, demos and other relevant info in compliance with the Administration Policy
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in partner enablement, channel sales, training and development specialist or similar
Knowledge of partner ecosystems
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field
High school diploma required
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field a plus
Experience with Salesforce preferred
Must be able to demonstrate aptitude working with channel partners
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Collaborative mind-set to work with various internal and external teams
Must be able to demonstrate sales aptitude while being assertive, persistent, consultative, and comfortable working in a highly results oriented company
Excellent time management and organization skills
Persuasive communication skills accompanied with the ability to gain a quick understanding of the needs and pain points of channel partners
Passionate about business and willing to go the extra mile
Fluent in German or French (preferred)
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
