*Charge Nurse - 24 -36 hours Baylor Position**Sign on bonus of $2,500 for Full Time .*The RN or LPN Charge Nurse provides day to day resident care during their shift, while coordinating with other disciplines. Perform charting duties, receive physician orders, complete treatment, and evaluate residents.
