$***BONUS ELIGIBLE POSITION***$Position SummaryThe ICU Charge RN is responsible for implementing, directing, communicating and documenting the nursing process and provides a safe environment for patients, visitors and associates.Job ResponsibilitiesDocuments a physical assessment each shift including subjective/objective data.Communicates with patients, families and/or significant others in an effort to individualize patient's plan of care to them.Verifies that physician's orders are transcribed properly and carried out promptly.
