Job OverviewEugia US is adding a new position, Chargeback Analyst, to the Sales Operations Team. The position will report to the Manager of Bids and Contracts. The Analyst will ensure the efficient processing of chargeback claims, including wholesaler resubmissions and credit/debit rebills on a daily basis. In this position, you will leverage your analytical skills to assist in identifying and resolving chargeback discrepancies while validating contract membership and pricing. You will contribute to a collaborative environment that values accuracy and effective communication.
This role is located onsite in East Windsor, New Jersey with one (1) day a week remote.
ResponsibilitiesDaily Chargeback processingLoad manual chargeback files as neededSend manual chargeback reconciliation reports as neededChargeback resubmissions / investigationsMonitor and answer emails to the group Contracts mailboxContract membership maintenanceAssist with investigating and clearing deductionsAssist with contract maintenance (i.e. update prices, add/remove products, annual renewals, etc.)Assist with weekly reports for sales and marketing teamsThis is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, or requirements associated with the role. Qualifications - Skills & RequirementsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel skills requiredPharmaceutical chargeback / contract experience desiredAble to quickly grasp new concepts and apply themProficient in other Microsoft applicationsStrong verbal, written, organizational, and communication skillsMust be able to handle a high volume of transactions while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.Ability to collaborate and interact departmentally and with all levels in the organizationEducation & ExperienceCollege degree preferred but not required1-2 years of experience in a corporate office setting preferred, not requiredPhysical RequirementsOFFICE POSITION - While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to: stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Light to moderate lifting is required. Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic). Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
