Chartering Manager- Chemical Tanker

Job ***** Chartering Executive- Chemical Tanker ** 5718 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77057 ** SC Shipping Job Scope and ** Strong foundation in chartering, shipbroking, arbitrage freight trading both on physicals and FFA markets.Extensive global network of ship owners/tonnage providers and charterers.Ability to forge strong relationships with industrial clients and tonnage providers, to actively seek and grow customer base by establishing new accounts, and to secure foothold on key clients/trades.Identify business opportunities related to cargoes & tonnage.Good understanding of the freight market, and good market judgement requiring intuitive sense, feel and trading experience.Operate cargoes & ships, monitor voyage performance and being fully responsible for final P&L.Competent in voyage and time charter parties. ** Diploma and above Degree in related studies with minimum 2 years' experience.Excellent knowledge of shipping chartering.Able to work in a team environment independently with minimum supervision.Must be able to commit extra hours as and when needed.
