Voya Financial is currently seeking a Chat Support Assistant to work from home and provide excellent customer service to our clients. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:-Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via chat-Provide accurate information and guidance to customers-Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member-Ensure customer satisfaction and retention-Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:-Personality traits: Independent, resilient-Soft skills: Emotional intelligence, leadership-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively-Strong problem-solving skills-Proficiency in using chat support tools and software-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a virtual team environment
