Chat Support Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:DuPont is looking for a dedicated Chat Support Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This is a part-time role that can be done from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through online chat- Providing accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times- Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and targets- Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Adaptable and independent with the ability to work remotely- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills- Excellent communication and listening skills- Proficiency in typing and using chat support platforms- High school diploma or equivalent
