Chat Support Manager

Job Description:We are looking for a part-time Chat Support Manager to join our team at Dow Chemical in San Jose, California. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of chat support representatives to ensure high-quality customer service- Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and provide feedback to team members- Develop and implement training programs to enhance chat support skills- Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues- Analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy

Requirements:- Reliable and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills- Strong emotional intelligence and leadership abilities- 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
