Job Description:AbbVie is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients through our chat platform. You will play a crucial role in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues- Provide accurate and timely information to customers- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction- Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and quality of service

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support- Strong communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively- Proficiency in using chat platforms and other technological tools- Hardworking and passionate about delivering excellent customer service- Strong problem-solving and planning skills
