Chef De Partie

Award winning modern American restaurant Trummer's is seeking a talented line cook to be a chef de partie at Trummer's. We are an ambitious, seasonal restaurant located in northern Virginia. We believe in sourcing the best seasonal products and use as much local products available. Menu changes frequently and creative input is always encouraged!
Candidates should have at least 1 year of cooking experience at a reputable restaurant, but willing to consider a strong experienced cook with a solid resume ready to take the next step. Applicants should possess the following traits:
-sense of urgency
-clean, organized and cooks with finesse
-able to take specific direction and cook with great instinct
-passion for preparing beautiful plates
