Responsibilities
• Understand and work with analytical and mechanical equipment• Interpersonal communication and organizational skills required• Work independently using SOPs and work instructions• Operate with DCS and PLC interfaces• Knowledge of 5S, visual management, KPIs, standard work, and other TPS tools• Willingness to work overtime and participate in emergency response team
Requirements
• HS Diploma or equivalent• Preferred: BS/BA Degree, Six Sigma/Lean training/certification• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment• Experience in Batch Chemical Operations and pigment milling operations• Experience using TPS tools in a manufacturing environment
