To achieve these goals, we'll build on the assets, experience, capabilities, and relationships we've developed over 140 years to incubate and grow new business.OverviewThis position is responsible for development and execution of an?integrated communications plan and projects aligned with the priorities of CTC and the Enterprise Technology Strategy and the enterprise.As the CTC Senior Communications Advisor, you will:Lead the development and execution of an?integrated Technology and Innovation communications plan?that aligns the priorities of CTC and the Enterprise Technology Strategy and the Enterprise Communications Strategy, working in partnership with Communications, Corporate Affairs and the Business. Be responsible for coordination, partnering or facilitating the right connections and collaboration to integrate technology into other integrated communications plan efforts.Identify and prioritize internal/external communications opportunities, maintaining or collating key messages, associated editorial calendar and overall integrated communications programs delivery. Track, measure, and analyze impact of communications activities to guide future communications and engagement tactics.Coordinate external communications materials, including presentations, technology content for the website, speeches and media interviews.Support critical business issues and key initiatives.Work closely with CTC Management Advisors and the CTC Communications team to ensure alignment of communications, change management activities, and appropriate use of corporate narrative language in all communications activity.Work across Corporate Affairs to ensure communications reinforce CTC partnership across the enterprise and to ensure deliverables align with the corporate narrative.Requirements10+ Years of experience in communications, public affairs, or related field.Bachelor's degree.Demonstrated ability to translate technical jargon into simple, easy to understand language. In-depth expertise in various Corporate Affairs areas including internal, external, media and crisis communications.Demonstrated experience working with senior leaders and exemplary ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written, verbal and visual formats.Demonstrated experience with a broad variety of digital communications delivery.Proven ability to be proactive and work independently and with teams in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Prioritize activities with the greatest impact to the business.Build plans necessary for successful deliverable execution.Identify and manage critical interdependencies and proactively resolve issues.Manage third party resources or vendors.Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives, goals and strategies into communications strategies, plans and tactics.Excellent English-language communications skills in a wide variety of mediums.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree or equivalent.Experience in the energy industry.Passion for technology and emerging technology trends.Relocation Options:Relocationwill not beconsidered.International Considerations:Expatriate assignmentswill not beconsidered.Chevron regrets that it is unable to sponsor employment Visas or consider individuals on time-limited Visa status for this position.Flexible Working, Work-Life Balance, Hybrid SchedulesChevron offers a complete package and provides career development opportunities to all employees.
