ResponsibilitiesAs the General Manager at Protein Bar & Kitchen, you are responsible for the daily operations at your store.
The General Manager's duties include ensuring effective restaurant operations, providing top quality food and beverages while maintaining strong cleanliness standards, building and training your team, reviewing financial information and ensuring guest satisfaction.
The goal of Protein Bar & Kitchen is to identify and exceed objectives in driving sales, maintaining food and labor costs, developing your team, running a great restaurant and serving our customers.
