We are seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join one of the fastest-growing healthcare teams in the Chicagoland area

Opportunity:


Large referral network of over 900 physicians
Autonomy to practice physician-directed medicine
Base salary of $250/$260k with opportunity for RVU bonuses
2 year track to partnership/shareholder status
Relocation and sign on bonus eligibility
Loan repayment of up to $100,000
$2,500/monthly stipend for residents
