Role Overview:
The CCO/CBO will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the company's commercialization strategy, ensuring a successful launch of theGenAI platform, and driving sustained business growth.
This individual will lead efforts in market penetration, revenue generation, business development, and sales, with a focus on establishing the firm as a leader in the personalized healthcare space.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for the launch and scaling of the GenAI software platform.Identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.Ensure alignment across product, marketing, and sales teams to optimize launch impact.Market Penetration:
Drive market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.Design strategies to capture market share and establish the company as a leader in personalized healthcare solutions.Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in life sciences, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies.Revenue Generation:
Develop and manage revenue goals and financial forecasts aligned with company objectives.Build pricing models and sales strategies that optimize profitability and customer adoption.Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to achieve or exceed revenue targets.Business Development:
Forge strategic partnerships with biotech, pharmaceutical, and healthcare organizations to enhance the platform's adoption.Negotiate and secure licensing, collaboration, and distribution agreements.Expand the company's network of clients, investors, and strategic partners.Sales Leadership:
Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team.Establish sales processes, pipelines, and customer success frameworks to ensure sustained growth.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and credibility.Requirements:
Education:
MBA from a top-tier institution is required.Advanced degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or related field is a plus.Experience:
Proven track record of scaling and launching Generative AI solutions in the life sciences or healthcare sector.10+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or commercialization leadership roles.Deep understanding of the personalized healthcare market, regulatory landscape, and customer needs.Skills:
