ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Global Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO), lead the formation of a new Data and Analytics global organization with a two-fold mission of driving data-driven decision-making across Keysight coupled with leading the internal AI program. The CDAO will oversee data management, analytics, business intelligence, and foundational platforms for ML and Agentic AI solutions that transform business processes. Primary responsibilities include:
Strategic PlanningEngage the CEO, CFO, Group Presidents, and Corporate SVPs to define and prioritize AI-enabled business outcomes.Define a robust architecture for data management, data science and Keysight's AI ambitions.DeliveryCollaborating with counterparts in IT Security, Applications, and Infrastructure, guide agile software development and data engineering teams to incrementally build out Keysight's AI architecture.Partnering with business department heads across the company, lead a federated governance model that drives function-specific AI adoption with progress measured by business outcome KPI's.OperationsOversee current reporting and analytics capabilities, ensuring accuracy, reliability, performance, and continuous enhancement of current solutions.LeadershipBuild, manage, and mentor a global team of business analysts, machine learning engineers, AI specialists, software engineers and scrum masters.Stay at the forefront of data science and AI, applying emerging methodologies and innovative technologies to address previously unsolvable business problems.Ensure all AI deployments adhere to ethical standards and comply with relevant guidelines. QualificationsDesired QualificationsMaster's or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field.Technology: Experience building and deploying AI technologies, data systems, and analytics solutions at scale.Transformation: Proven track record driving adoption of new technologies and ways of working with measurable business outcomes. Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously, setting priorities, and delivering high-quality results.Leadership: Strategic thinking; strong organizational problem-solving skills across complex business challenges; and ability to define and operate decision-maker governance.Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 10 years management experience, and 5 years executive leadership experience in applied technology.Experience with AI, data management, and analytics solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong ability to influence and inspire both stakeholders and team members.The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
California pay range: MIN $183,910.00- MAX $306,520.00
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region.
This role is eligible for our Pay For Results Bonus Program.
