Chief Estimator

We are one of the South East's fastest growing commercial General Contractors. We build across the commercial sectors and multi-family as well. Currently with about 100 employees now, we are looking to bring on a Chief Estimator in our Raleigh office.
What you will do: Commercial & Industrial projects, new construction Manufacturing facilities Estimating, Bidding, Cost Analysis, Proposals Managing Estimating team, staffing estimating team Working with hand offs to the Preconstruction department Working directly with clients on proposals and leading the department What you need: 5+ years of experience as an Estimator 1+ year as a Senior or Chief Estimator 3+ years of Industrial Construction project experience BS in related field Benefits Competitive Base ($165,000 - $195,000) + Bonus 401k Match Full Medical, Dental & Vision - 100% paid by employer HSA, FSA Life/Disability insurance 10 Days PTO, 10 Paid Holidays Cell & Laptop Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
