East to west works across Surrey, parts of Berkshire and West London, bringing hope to young lives, dealing with a host of challenges.
Our work provides young people with the support and guidance they need to flourish in what are often difficult and unexpected circumstances. We work largely in partnerships with schools, healthcare providers and other local initiatives, reaching hundreds of children each month.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Chief Executive Officer ready to lead our committed team on a journey of growth in response to significant increases in demand for our services. They will be a gifted leader of people and teams who is able to partner with the Trustees in developing a strategy for growth in the years ahead, and comfortable acting as an ambassador for our work amongst a host of stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the organisation and its growth strategy.Partner with the Trustees to develop strategic initiatives.Act as an ambassador for the organisation among stakeholders.Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.QualificationsA wise, relationally gifted and ambitious Chief Executive is needed to mature the organisation and map out and lead the journey of growth it has already begun. It will require someone ready to lead with Christ-like humility, passion, ambition and adaptability.
