JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization.
Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and the board of directors.
Drive the company's culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.
Oversee financial performance and drive operational efficiency.
Lead and develop a high-performing executive team.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
Represent the company in external events, conferences, and industry forums.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A master's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience.
Proven track record of dynamic leadership and strategic vision in a senior executive role. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong understanding of the rehabilitation sector and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in driving organizational change, transformation, and growth.
