Chief Executive Officer Community Hospice & Health Services Modesto, CA Community Hospice & Health Services (CHHS) has partnered with AMN Executive and Physician Leadership Search to conduct a search for a new Chief Executive Officer. The Position The CEO is responsible to each Board of Directors for the overall and day-to-day management of all aspects of Community Hospice & Health Services, CHI Management, Inc., and Community Hospice & Health Services Foundation. This includes Corporate Compliance, Risk Management, clinical compliance, financial reporting, audits, integrity of all financial transactions, philanthropy activities and fund development, and human resource management. The CEO has the authority for the selection, removal, and supervision of all employees of the organizations. The CEO is also responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic plans and objectives, effective collaboration with Board members, and assisting with Board governance and recruitment. Additionally, the CEO administers agency policies consistent with the purpose, goals, and objectives approved by the Boards of Directors, the mission of each organization, and applicable laws and regulations.
