Nestled in bucolic Litchfield County in northwestern Connecticut, Wellspring encompasses four programs including the Arch Bridge School, a co-ed school for grades 7-12, and has an operating budget of over $7 million.
Wellspring's next CEO and Superintendent for the Arch Bridge School will be a decisive leader who can build on a strong foundation and legacy with a distinct culture, guide its strategic direction, maintain its long-term financial sustainability and operational efficiency, and oversee its programs and staff.
Wellspring is ripe for change, and the board expects the next CEO to lead organizational and programmatic change to make Wellspring the provider and school of choice for residents and students.
