About the RoleAt Innovaccer, we are looking for a Chief Experience Officer to work with our broader senior leadership, customer success, product development, marketing, and go-to-market teams to evolve and execute our business strategy in the health system and provider marketplace. Your measurement of success will be the expansion of our digital transformation and value-creation efforts for our clients focusing on the experience and engagement of patients, members, and providers.
A Day in the LifeAs an industry expert and transformation thought leader, you'llWork collaboratively with other members of the company leadership and internal stakeholders to help develop, lead, and implement effective and engaging digital transformation strategies for our customers.Help set the direction of our market growth strategy, with a focus on growing our experience line of business and optimizing product strategy.Work closely with our customer success teams in expanding our relationships across our client organizations, identifying new opportunities for growth and development within the customer base, and optimizing the value creation, user experience, and satisfaction of our customers.Help drive our go-to-market teams to execute a high-growth strategy for digital transformation in the healthcare marketplace, including opening doors to new opportunities; engaging in finalist presentations, and representing the company in key leadership and C-Suite level conversations.Work with our marketing teams to optimize our thought leadership, publication, and communication strategies for our customer, prospect, industry, and investor audiences.Represent Innovaccer in a variety of forums such as conferences, webinars, roundtables, and other industry events.Assist in the management of educating employees and our customers about trends in digital health technology as an imperative in furthering value creation for the healthcare market.Celebrate our internal and external customers, always aiming for delightful, productive interactions.What You NeedAt least 15+ years of senior leadership experience in healthcare.An advanced degree (MD, PhD, MBA, MSN, other) is highly desirable.Senior leadership experience with healthcare operations, digital health (including SaaS) technology, and the use of data/analytics as a foundation for healthcare transformation and value creation in the provider market.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to both drive and successfully engage in C-Suite conversations.Experience and passion in the move to patient-centered and value-based care models in the healthcare industry.Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and perform under stressful conditions.Preferred:Highly skilled at executive-level healthcare engagements.Experience driving cross-functional sales, marketing, and product development efforts.Effective communication with intention, compassion, and empathy.Here's What We OfferGenerous PTO Benefits: Enjoy PTO benefit accrual of 22 days per year.Parental Leave: Experience one of the industry's best parental leave policies to spend time with your new addition.Rewards & Recognition: Unlock your potential and be rewarded generously with both monetary incentives and widespread recognition for your dedication and outstanding performance.Insurance Benefits: We offer medical, dental, and vision benefits along with 100% company-sponsored short and long-term disability and basic life insurance.
