Job Description: The position of Chief Finance Officer will ensure compliance with company accounting, finance, administrative, and payroll processes. The CFO will manage all responsibilities related to accounting, finance, and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with State, Federal, Local, and other requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Procedure making for Invoicing, Payments, Expenses Reports, Approval Flows, Travel Policies, materials delivery, and Manhour approval. Coordinate Invoicing and Payment processes. Follow overdue invoices, vendor claims, purchase orders, and Invoicing approval. Training of the Management System to all users and coordination of system issues and improvements. Control of cash flow and reporting to the Head Office on a weekly and monthly basis. Coordination with the Tax Department for tax obligations submission and payments on time. Coordinate with the Legal Department for contracts and claims. Organize and manage new hiring, and coordinate the payroll process, including extra time approval, weekly and monthly bonuses, and salary increases. Deal with internal auditors, statutory auditors, and report all required information to partners' auditors. Partner with other departments to ensure finance needs are being met. Develop and maintain relationships with banks, vendors, suppliers, and other entities to provide support for all finance and accounting needs. Prepare, compile, audit, and/or review various budgets, reports, metrics, and other financial performance information. Develop, implement, administer, and manage processes related to accounting in support of field activities. Oversee all payroll functions for all employees at all levels of staff. Manage tracking for all company assets. Obtain and maintain lines of credit and other tools to support production activities and company financial needs. Partner with Human Resources and other departments to manage accounting staff through the employment life cycle. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proficiency in INSITE and SAP. Highly experienced in Master Program of Management. Exposure to accounting and Cost Control software(s). In-depth knowledge of the company, its policies, and internal procedures. Ability to manage work teams.
