About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and direct its financial operations.
The CFO will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives, overseeing the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, and providing strategic financial insights to the executive team.
This role requires a minimum of 15 years' progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years' in a senior leadership capacity, and a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and risk assessment, particularly within the construction or utilities industries.
Key responsibilities for the CFO include maintaining financial stability, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring the company's financial operations comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in crafting the company's financial strategy, leading the financial planning and analysis functions, and monitoring financial performance to implement necessary corrective actions.
The CFO will also be expected to identify and manage financial risks, develop and enforce internal controls, and lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
Advanced qualifications such as an MBA or CPA are highly desirable, and the candidate should possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
