About the Role The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team.
The CFO will play a pivotal role in the professionalization of the organization, with a strong focus on implementing best practices, KPIs, and robust reporting capabilities.
This hands-on financial leader will be instrumental in executing an ambitious M&A expansion strategy and will work closely with the executive team to make strategic business decisions based on financial metrics.
The ideal candidate will have a deep manufacturing background, experience in a fast-paced, multi-location environment, and a proven track record in areas such as cost accounting, inventory management, and acquisition integration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a dynamic finance and accounting team, with a focus on upgrading the visibility and reporting capabilities across all business areas.
