**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

- Extensive experience in public accounting and financial leadership roles

- Proven track record in revenue cycle management and regulatory reporting

- Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices

- Experience in managing mergers and acquisitions processes

- Familiarity with COSO internal control framework

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
