About the Role The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a rapidly growing firm in the construction industry.
The CFO will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's financial strategy, ensuring it is in line with business goals.
This role involves overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will also be involved in managing M&A activities, providing strategic financial insights to the CEO and senior leadership, and optimizing financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record as a CFO or senior financial executive, with a strong preference for those with experience in the construction industry or a similar field.
Key qualifications include expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, as well as a deep understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
The role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills, the ability to influence cross-functional teams, and experience in managing M&A activities.
A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with an MBA or CPA being preferred.
