About the Role The Company is seeking a Non-Profit Fractional CFO to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and submitting monthly financial reports for multiple clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and supervising a team of accountants in the monthly financial closing process.
Additionally, the role involves preparing business and personal tax returns, providing tax planning and strategic advice, and recommending financial operations and cash flow best practices to clients.
Applicants for the Non-Profit Fractional CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a minimum of 3 years' of accounting experience within the non-profit sector, and a CPA, MBA license, or EA designation.
Experience at a CPA firm or in public accounting is preferred.
The role requires advanced knowledge of non-profit accounting, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple clients with varying priorities and deadlines and be adept at providing financial and strategic guidance to non-profit organizations.
