Position Summary: The Vice President/Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for financial operations, managing investments and debt, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities: Drive the financial strategy in alignment with our mission and long-term goals. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for all healthcare services. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and work closely with risk management efforts. Optimize revenue cycle management, including billing and collections. Manage capital projects and secure financing for organizational growth. Lead financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Communicate financial performance to the board, investors, and other stakeholders. Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field required. Master's or CPA preferred. 10+ years of financial leadership experience, with a focus in healthcare. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Strong expertise in healthcare finance, regulatory requirements, and revenue cycle management. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
