Responsibilities
• Provide oversight of the overall accounting function• Work with clients to develop and implement strategic plans• Prepare and deliver quarterly Strategic Business Updates• Develop annual operating plans and analyze variances• Develop long-range cash forecasts• Manage multiple client relationships• Act as a liaison with client's banker, attorney, investors, etc.• Provide financial modeling and analysis• Serve as a member of the executive management team• Provide financial coaching and support
Requirements
• Proven leadership experience• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration (CPA preferred)• Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles• Positive energy and enthusiasm• Ability to handle multiple clients and process large amounts of information
