About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Northeast region.
The CFO will be a key member of the senior executive team, providing strategic and operational direction for the financial management of the organization.
This includes overseeing budgeting, accounting, banking relationships, tax, and IT.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the financial health of the company, improving and standardizing financial processes, and ensuring that financial strategies align with the company's mission and vision.
Additionally, the CFO will manage the annual financial audit process, build strong relationships across the organization, and mentor and develop the finance and accounting team.
Candidates for the CFO position should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with an MBA preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' of progressive financial experience in a manufacturing environment.
The role requires a professional with a solid background in cost accounting, financial planning and controls, forecasting, budgeting, risk, tax, auditing, banking relationships, and acquisitions.
Experience in a continuous improvement culture and the ability to provide financial and general leadership in these efforts are also essential.
The CFO will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership, relationship-building, and mentoring skills, and to ensure regulatory compliance while mitigating risk and increasing value.
