Overview:
As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will provide guidance as we sustain our financial strength while continuing to grow our multi-faceted, capital-intensive manufacturing and distribution operations.
Responsibilities:
Partner with ownership and other members of the Executive Leadership Team to establish and achieve the company's long-term strategic and financial plans and targets while sustaining the company's financial strength. In concert with the company's senior leaders, act as a catalyst for the activities necessary to support the growth initiatives of the company all premised on an in-depth understanding of markets impacting results.
Maintain the integrity of the company's financing by providing strong oversight of all financial controls, measurements, reports and systems including financial Planning & Analysis, accounting, internal controls, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial & Key Performance Indicators, Business Systems, cashflow, tax, and Risk Management.
Lead our financial team to produce actionable plans resulting in increased margins and profitability as well as raising efficiency and productivity standards.
Partner with our IT team to maximize the value of our proprietary and acquired technology, including enterprise-wide planning and implementation of financial systems.
Manage relationships with financial institutions, government agencies, auditors and others with whom we exchange highly confidential financial information.
Monitor and report accurate, timely financial data and information.
Implement actionable budgets, to include financial forecasting and modeling based not only on the company's past performance but on internal and external factors that may affect revenue and expenses.
Identify key areas of enterprise risk and develop strategies for mitigation.
Project and evaluate capital expenditures.

Experience:
Proven success in a CFO or senior financial leadership role. Experience in a capital-intensive manufacturing industry is highly desired.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
