POSITION OVERVIEW:
The CITO will partner with all fellow executives to lead large-scale transformation initiatives across all business functions, focusing on increasing operational efficiency and maximizing return on investments. Leveraging GenAI and automation, this role will enhance decision-making, customer experience, and operational excellence that leads to profitable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Functional Transformation & Efficiency: Drive best-cost transformation across all functions—product development, marketing, sales, finance, legal, human resources and customer success. Digital & Business Transformation: Lead company-wide digital initiatives, integrating AI and GenAI to boost productivity and enhance customer experiences. People Transformation & Change Management: Lead scalable transformation efforts, fostering innovation, agility, and accountability. IT Strategy & Infrastructure: Oversee the IT and cybersecurity infrastructure, ensuring it's secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Cybersecurity & Governance: Ensure alignment between IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and cybersecurity goals. Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Lead the adoption of AI, machine learning, and GenAI tools. Leadership & Collaboration: Provide visionary leadership, fostering collaboration and innovation across teams. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: Proven success in IT, digital, or business transformation within SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
Skills & Competencies: Deep knowledge of AI, GenAI, automation, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity. Strong program management, change management, and business acumen.
