Chief Innovation Officer

Our client, a well-known, Global leader in innovative B2B and B2C solutions is seeking a Chief Innovation Officer to lead the research, development, and processes, building on the current product line while creating new areas for growth.
This role will report directly to the CEO and lead a large, global team.

This position is located in New Hampshire.

Some requirements are:
PhD in areas such as material science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, packaging, textiles, or a related area
History of Innovation
Background of managing a Global team of at least 35
Has led teams to success and can exhibit effective cross-functional collaboration and guidance
Strong business acumen, managing through KPIs
Acts as Player: Coach
Has a depth of experience with change management
