The CNO will be responsible for the supervision and management of nursing staff, ensuring nursing excellence, and shared accountability for quality outcome measures.
This role involves the development and implementation of systems to support the efficient delivery of services, as well as the operations of the health center, with a particular emphasis on improving provider efficiency and achieving accountable care goals.
The CNO will also be involved in the provision of leadership, budget management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Candidates for the CNO position at the company should have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, with a Master of Science in Nursing preferred.
A current RN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in supervising nurse clinical leaders, a strong clinical background, and knowledge of electronic health records.
Leadership experience in a diverse community health center setting is also preferred.
The CNO must be a champion of collaboration, teamwork, and innovation, with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
