ResponsibilitiesAs Chief of Anesthesia, you will:
Provide strategic leadership and develop a comprehensive pediatric anesthesiology programOversee clinical operations, quality improvement, and interdepartmental collaborationDevelop and implement advanced regional and acute pain protocolsContribute to cutting-edge clinical research in pediatric anesthesiologyQualificationsQualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of an ACGME accredited fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesia, along with Pediatric Anesthesia board Certification (or eligibility) and board Certification in Anesthesiology.Must possess or be eligible for OH medical licenseMust possess or be eligible for DEA licenseMust be BLS, ACLS and PALS certifiedDemonstrated leadership experience in a pediatric medical settingExceptional clinical skills with a proven track record of patient care excellenceProven ability to lead, inspire, and develop medical teams
