The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of complex administrative and analytical duties, including managing the office staff, leading day-to-day operations, and playing a key role in the planning and execution of the legislative and policy agenda.
This role requires a detail-oriented, well-organized individual with the ability to work with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and discretion in a fast-paced environment.
The Office Manager/Chief of Staff will also be involved in strategic planning, overseeing professional service contracts, and ensuring the effectiveness of the office's operations and service to constituents.
Applicants for the Office Manager/Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience, with at least 4 years in an administrative role of similar responsibility.
Previous supervisory experience is also preferred.
The role involves recommending, developing, and implementing policies and procedures, as well as leading the execution of professional service contracts and managing vendor relationships.
The ideal candidate will be a primary point of contact for external engagements, provide leadership to ensure staff alignment with departmental objectives and be responsible for the accuracy of financial activities.
