We are hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and a get-things-done type of person. The role will entail fast-paced business assistance to optimize productivity and have a big impact. The business is growing quickly.

The Chief of Staff responsibilities will include:Calendar management and assisting with schedules of partners and our clientsAct as the point of contact for the CEO and Head of Acceleration for both internal and external stakeholdersDevelop systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency for appointments and various business tasksMaintaining files and databasesManage correspondence with other top executives and their support staffUnderstand the importance of confidentialityWork across multiple time zonesBe on-call during key projectsRun ad-hoc projects as requiredWhat You Have:4+ years of experience in C-level support in a start-up businessSkills with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Slack products (required)Strong phone and videoconferencing personaExceptional written and verbal communication skillsHigh emotional intelligence and intuitionAbility to compose in high-stress situationsProactive attitude to tackle any opportunity or challengeSkills to create logical solutions to complex problemsDetail-oriented and analytical natureAbility to thrive in a fast-growing businessExperience in a startup environmentIf you don't tick every box above, we'd still encourage you to apply.
