Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans• Streamline and optimize internal processes and procedures• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics• Lead company's fundraising strategy and manage investor relationships• Identify and execute potential partnerships and expansion opportunities• Foster communication and collaboration among various teams• Mentor and lead a high-performing team• Leverage data and analytics for decision making and product improvements• Prioritize user needs and enhance user experience• Identify and mitigate potential risks
Requirements
• 0-1 startup scaling experience• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred• 6+ years of proven experience as a COO or relevant leadership role in a high-growth start-up• Strong financial management skills• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities• Excellent leadership and team-building skills• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills• Passion for social wellness and helping people find meaningful connections
