Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Work alongside the CEO and other senior executives to craft and execute strategic plans that bolster growth and strengthen market position.
Operational Management: Manage all facets of operations including warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and distribution processes to enhance productivity and profitability.
Performance Optimization: Pinpoint and implement efficiency improvements and cost reductions while upholding high-quality standards.
Team Development: Lead and develop a top-tier operations team, promoting a culture of engagement and continuous professional growth.
Customer Focus: Advocate for and implement a customer-first strategy in operational practices, ensuring product and service delivery exceeds expectations.
Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain strict adherence to regulations and industry standards, enhancing risk management protocols to protect company assets and reputation.
Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the CFO to manage budgets, forecast financial trends, and pinpoint fiscal opportunities for growth and savings.
Vendor and Supplier Relations: Strengthen relationships with key partners to ensure product availability and negotiate advantageous terms.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA highly preferred.
At least 10 years of senior leadership experience within the distribution sector.
Demonstrated capability in strategic planning and execution.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record in stakeholder management.
Experience in leading significant operational improvements and managing complex projects.
In-depth knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Targeted base salary range: $175,000 - $200,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
