The ideal candidate will have past leadership experience and a proven track record in operational management as well as growing with acquisitions, integrating, and growing acquired businesses. This role is pivotal in transforming and innovating business models to leverage remote work platforms, with a focus on disrupting the traditional IT outsourcing market using remote software engineers.
Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planningOversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are metFocus on things like: Daily meetings, KPIs, measure, Actions, Agreements, Control, PowerBI data, ManageEfficiently integrate acquired companies into our existing business model, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining cultural integrity. Strategically grow the acquired business from $10 million to $50 million, identifying new opportunities and optimizing current operationsRevamp traditional business models to create a disruptive force in the IT outsourcing market, focusing on remote software engineering solutionsBuild, mentor, and lead teams to achieve exceptional performance and growthConduct in-depth market research to understand trends and create effective strategies for market penetration and expansionOversee financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to maximize profitability and efficiencyEngage with stakeholders, including investors, board members, and key clients, to align business objectives and strategies.Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholdersMinimum of 10 years in senior management rolesWorking closer with the CEO in software agencies or IT outsourcing businesses is preferred.
