Wide range of large projects that include - Mission Critical, Commercial, Aviation, Education, State/County/Municipal, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.

About the Position: This Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all company divisions & business units to function efficiently and effectively.

Partner with the CEO with full P&L oversight Work with senior leaders on operational strategies & business objectives Performance management, resource allocation, client relationships Safety, quality, client satisfaction, strategic implementation Procedures & processes Requirements: Full General Contractor side experience is Mandatory Education - (BA/BS) 4-year College Degree – MBA or advanced degree preferred Experience – minimum of 15 years in construction management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing operations of at least $500M annually General Contracting (Fully) – Working with large, diversified project types is a plus Certifications – relevant industry certifications such as PMP, LEED, or similar is desirable Software Skills – Microsoft This position is based in Montgomery Alabama.
