The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is responsible for the overall vision and strategy of the company's products. As a key member of the executive team, the CPO ensures that the company's products meet the needs of its customers and remain competitive in the market. This role involves leading the product management team, defining product vision, driving innovation, and overseeing the development and implementation of product strategies.

THIS POSITION WILL ENTAIL: Setting and implementing the strategic direction of the company's product lines.Leading, managing, and mentoring the product management team.Working closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.Ensuring products align with the company's strategic goals and market needs.Identifying and filling product gaps, leading the brainstorming of new ideas that grow market share.Driving product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.Analyzing market trends and competitive conditions, and adjusting product strategies to respond to changing environments.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.Other duties as assigned.DESIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS: Strong leadership and communication skills.Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.Excellent understanding of business and operational processes.Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.At least 10 years of experience in product management or related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing a product team.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant field.Experience in the specific industry of the company.Demonstrable track record of leading product teams and launching successful products.Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration.CERTIFICATIONS: Product Management Certification (e.g., Certified Product Manager, Agile Certified Product Manager/Product Owner) is advantageous.Digital Factory is an equal opportunity employer, committed to recruiting, hiring and promoting qualified people of all backgrounds, regardless of sex; race; color; creed; national origin; religion; age; marital status; pregnancy; physical, disability; sexual orientation; gender identity or any other basis protected by federal, state or local law.
