Chief Product Officer

This Executive position demands visionary leadership, strategic foresight, and a profound understanding of product management within a sophisticated technology framework. As a pivotal member of the Executive team, you'll drive the product strategy and execution, significantly impacting our organisation's sustainable growth and innovative trajectory. This role reports to the Global CEO.
Key Responsibilities include: Lead and develop the overall product strategy aligned with business objectives.Identify market trends and customer needs to inform product planning and roadmaps.Collaborate across departments to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with market strategies.Oversee product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and optimisation.Act as the primary advocate for the product portfolio internally and externally.Establish performance metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.About you: Extensive experience in product management, preferably in fintech or SaaS environments.Proficient in product management methodologies and tools.Experience with M&A activities is advantageous.Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Agile Product Owner are an advantage but not mandatory.Membership in product management or Agile-related associations, reflecting active community engagement, are an advantage but not mandatory.Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating vision and strategies across all levels.Proven ability in leading and inspiring cross-functional teams toward shared product goals.Experience in leading global teams.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Some of our benefits include: Birthday LeaveFloating Cultural HolidaysA day of leave to support a CharityAnnual Reimbursement of $250 for wellness expensesAdditional Training and Flexible Working Arrangements401K contributionsIf this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
