Job Title: Chief Program Officer, Housing and Community Development
Location: Santa Clara 4 days onsite
Pay: $150,000 - 180,000
Requirements: 5+ years in a senior management role, including 5 years in direct client service or a similar capacity.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong experience in program management and leadership.Ability to work across multiple departments and coordinate resources.Proficiency in using technology and software for communication, reporting, and data analysis.Valid California driver's license, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and a clean background check.Responsibilities: Lead the Housing, Foster Programs & Supportive Services department.Design and implement service delivery methods aligned with contractual obligations and client needs.Ensure programs are assessed and adjusted based on performance data.Guide the expansion and continuous improvement of programs.Collaborate with multiple departments to enhance service delivery.Oversee contracts and grants, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of requirements.Recruit and develop program leadership teams.Provide regular training and onboarding for new staff.Offer day-to-day support to staff, fostering a culture of professional development.Conduct performance reviews and provide mentoring to ensure team growth.Oversee financial performance, ensuring each program meets revenue and expenditure targets.Assist in budgeting, working closely with the CEO and CFO.Collaborate with the Chief Resource Officer (CCRO) to secure funding for program expansion.Advocate for clients and services within the community.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, service partners, and community leaders.Represent the organization in public meetings and workgroups.Why choose Addison Group?
