Client Summary: Cloud-Based Platform: Offers a software solution designed to support healthcare organizations in a secure, cloud-based environment.Patient Engagement: Facilitates the collection of patient feedback and provides condition-specific educational resources to prepare individuals for treatments.Recovery Monitoring: Continuously tracks patient recovery to optimize care delivery and outcomes.Data Analytics: Integrates advanced analytics and statistical tools to deliver insights for improving care quality, supporting research, and guiding strategic initiatives.Collaboration and Benchmarking: Enables organizations to compare data and collaborate with peer institutions for shared learning.Customizable Features: Can be tailored to fit unique organizational workflows and operational needs.Comprehensive Support: Includes robust customer support for onboarding, implementation, and ongoing use.Position Responsibilities: Revenue Growth & Strategy Scale revenue to exceed $50 million, with a pathway to $100 million or more.Define and execute strategies for monetizing software capabilities in new and existing markets.Expand revenue across provider organizations, MedTech companies, and registries.Partner with product management to develop innovative pricing models and expand capabilities.Go-to-Market Leadership Oversee and refine the full revenue lifecycle, from demand generation to new customer acquisition, implementation, and renewals.Build an integrated go-to-market strategy encompassing sales, marketing, customer success, and implementation.Drive a "land and expand" model, focusing on securing multi-year contracts and wallet share growth.Team Leadership Manage, mentor, and scale a commercial organization currently comprising 43 employees, with further growth expected.Provide vision and leadership to align sales, marketing, account management, and implementation teams for maximum efficiency and impact.Market Expansion Leverage significant data assets (10M+ patients, 30M longitudinal outcomes) to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.Drive expansion into new specialties and markets within existing customer accounts.Experience & Skills: Required Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience scaling revenue to at least $50 million, ideally $100 million or more.Deep expertise in the healthcare industry, particularly in selling to provider organizations (hospitals and health systems).Familiarity with MedTech and life sciences markets is a strong plus.Demonstrated success in building and executing full go-to-market strategies, including demand generation, sales, implementation, and customer success.Expertise in complex, enterprise-level deal cycles and navigating high-stakes negotiations.Strong leadership and team-building experience, with a history of managing large, cross-functional commercial teams.Compensation: $300k
