The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Pasadena Federal Credit Union will drive the organization's growth and strategic evolution. This executive will lead the development and execution of strategies that enhance member and employee experiences, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and advance the credit union's community impact.
This leader will be instrumental in implementing forward-looking strategies, leveraging data-driven insights, technology, and strong vendor relationships to elevate service delivery, operational efficiency, and overall financial performance. The CSO will be a key partner in evaluating and managing vendor partnerships to ensure they align with the credit union's commitment to member service and innovation.
Additionally, the CSO will champion efforts to serve the underserved, ensuring Pasadena Federal Credit Union proactively addresses the financial needs of those often overlooked. This includes developing programs that increase accessibility, provide financial education, and strengthen the credit union's role as a vital community resource.
In addition to overseeing growth strategy and member services, the CSO will foster a collaborative culture, partnering with all departments to create a seamless experience for members and employees.
